This Privacy Statement explains how we handle information you input in ClientRocket or that we obtain about you. Such information may be used by ClientRocket and its parent company, ClientRocket only. It may be accessed by our contractors exclusively to provide services for ClientRocket and you. We will not share your personal and client information with third parties other than these, or with any third party for their independent use without your permission.
Information Collection
ClientRocket may obtain information about you in a number of ways: For example, through our website, business reply cards, sweepstakes entries, surveys, transaction records, history of services rendered, public sources, and other sources such as those that provide lists of potential customers. While you visit our web sites to learn about our services without disclosing any information about you, to use ClientRocket we will need to collect a minimum of information about you to provide us with billing information, gather data to determine future enhancements to the ClientRocket site and services, and any other data as required by applicable laws.
This may include the following types of information – Contact and billing information (email is required. Optionally: name, telephone number, address, city, state and zip code.)
– Website behavior (i.e. When you last visited our site, what pages you went to, etc.)
– Service metrics (i.e. What type of campaigns are being used, how many transactions, etc. )

Business Reply Cards and sweepstakes entries you complete at an event or in response to a marketing mailing we send may also ask you to answer some of these same questions so we can tailor what we send to you to your specific interests.
Uses
Information about you may be used to respond to your requests for support, to customize and improve communication content, to evaluate website and service usability, for marketing and research and development. It may also be used to provide you with helpful offers and information on ClientRocket promotions and services.

Credit Card information is not kept by ClientRocket or ClientRocket and in no occasion shall anyone but an authorized employee of ClientRocket Company have access to such information.

You may choose to forward information from one of our web sites or emails to another person. Email addresses submitted to or through ClientRocket will not be captured for later use in marketing unless with prior consent.
We may have to disclose information about you as required by law, in conjunction with a government inquiry, or in litigation or dispute resolution.

We do curently use cookies and page trackers on the ClientRocket websites. ClientRocket recognizes the importance of safeguarding information in ClientRocket’s possession from theft, inappropriate use, or improper distribution.
